As soon as I saw that beautiful field covered with wildflowers with views of the mountain range stretching across the horizon, I knew it was the perfect spot for Sam and Riley’s adventure shoot.
I had moved to Idaho three weeks prior and I was eager to explore the mountains. While exploring the area with my wife, we took a hike in the Bogus Basin with some friends. As we rounded down the mountain, I saw it – the most PERFECT engagement spot. When I told Sam and Riley, they were just as eager as me to adventure. I woke up before the sun (a big thank you to my coffee for keeping me awake) and we started up the mountain in the crisp morning air. The sunrise was beyond beautiful, and the peace and quiet of the mountaintop was a relaxing treat. Take a look at one of my favorite films to make yet!
We also were able to capture some AMAZING images of their love story here in the mountains, and I have to say, every time I look at these I’m so grateful I get to do this every day!
I’m so happy I was able to capture an adventurous couple’s love in the majestic Idaho mountains. I’m eager to continue exploring in my new home and sharing my love for the outdoors with the great couples I have the opportunity to work alongside. Which mountain should I hike next??
